About Capital Aerials

Capital Aerials is a privately owned company that was founded in 1982 and became a Limited Liability Partnership in 2012. We currently have an annual turnover of circa 1 million pounds.

We specialise in the design, supply, installation & maintenance of communal aerials for commercial and domestic TV systems, satellite & radio reception and distribution, audio visual, background music and induction loop systems.

We aim to provide accurate advice and cost effective solutions based on our extensive experience in communal aerial installations and client specific requirements.

The company has been a member of the CAI (Confederation of Aerial Industries) since 1985 and are CAI Plus and System installer accredited. We are also Trustmark and Sky systems registered, which ensures we provide approved Sky Q systems and enables us to register all installations with Sky to ensure a smooth client Sky Q installation.

We have a commitment to health and safety throughout all areas of our operations.

We have held Safe Contractor and CHAS accreditation for a number of years. We ensure that we are kept informed of all policy updates and legislation changes in relation to communal aerial installations by employing a health and safety consultancy. Our company undergoes annual health and safety audits to ensure compliance.

All employees hold:

• CSCS cards, the majority of which are skilled cards (with the exception of apprentices who have attained the ISOH working safely certificate as a minimum)
• Working at heights certificates.
• Asbestos Awareness certificates.
• All senior management hold CITB Directors Role for Health & Safety certificates
• All management and senior engineers also hold SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme) certificates.
• A training matrix can be supplied on request.

We currently offer communal aerial installation, repair and maintenance services to a large number of commercial and domestic clients. We also design and install systems from a single aerial feeding one TV, to multiple satellite systems serving 500 plus apartments or hotel rooms.

We can provide Sky Q installation expertise as well as coaxial, IPTV, fibre optic and HD based distribution systems as needed.

Advice and consultancy services are provided to architects, housing associations and consultants.

We have very close working relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and Trade organisations who provide us with ongoing training, advice and product updates to ensure we can recommend and support the newest innovations available along with being aware of any upcoming changes which may affect us or our clients.
